Thursday February 5th 2015 – Quiet Day on Spiritual Experience 1
The Founders of Religious Traditions
A day to consider religious traditions from their beginnings, to hear about the experiences of the people who are revered as the founders. What was revealed to them? How was their message received by their contemporaries? What did they intend? What has happened since?
Thursday March 19th 2015 – Quiet Day on Spiritual Experience 2
Mystics
A day to learn about people who had a deep awareness of the divine and who lived lives of intense devotion. How were they regarded by the established religious traditions? Many also wrote movingly of their experiences and Rumi, a thirteenth century Sufi mystic is the best selling poet in the USA today. Who might be regarded as a contemporary mystic?
Thursday April 9th 2015 – Quiet Day on Spiritual Experience 3
Accounts from ordinary people today.
A day to hear about the extraordinary spiritual experiences of ordinary people today. The archive of the Alister Hardy Religious Experience Research Centre at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Lampeter holds about 6000 accounts of different types of religious and spiritual experience: visions, voices, End of Life, Near Death Experiences, answers to prayer and a constant sense of presence throughout life.

March 7th 2015
Near-Death Experiences and what we can learn from them.
A day to explore NDEs – patterns, research and inspiring accounts from people who have ‘died’ and returned to life. Who has these experiences and how are those people affected by them?
